Nigel

Ask Nigel how he is, and you'll likely get a different answer every time – maybe he's "wrestling with a rabbit in a cage" or "negotiating peace with the cats & dogs." He loves a bit of the unexpected, but not so much that things get truly messy.

He tells jokes, and okay, some of them really aren't funny. But he's got a way about him, a certain charm, that makes you just smile and feel joy anyway. You might not always think about him when he's not around. But when you're at a party or doing something fun, you might find yourself looking for him, because somehow, everything feels a little brighter and more amusing when Nigel is there with his out of the ordinary comments and cosy smile.

He's not one of those people who give you the immediate sense that you *must* know them, that your life would be incomplete without their presence. It's only after you do know Nigel that you realize what a uniquely enjoyable flavor he adds to the mix, a subtle but significant ingredient for a good time.
