Learning design is at the core of my expertise, beyond all my roles and titles in my career. I developed myself on how people learn as a community while creating the best of an individual. Building communication and trust, supporting people to work with inspiration, creating results with excellence in process design has been my strength. I enjoy accompanying people through exploring their potential and supporting people to become the best version of themselves.

My primary role involves leading our transformative fellow, challenger, and alumni programs, designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset through mentorship, education, and networking. Additionally, I support the NGO’s mission to strengthen Turkey’s entrepreneurship ecosystem by addressing and removing barriers for young entrepreneurs.
Bilim Virüsü (2020–2023)
I joined Bilim Virüsü as the first employee and Project Manager, launching impactful programs with companies and doubling our reach in the first year. I built and expanded our team, achieving 100% growth in 2022 and an expected 125% growth in 2023.
TOG (2016–2019)
Coordinated Training Department, managing structure, content, and a team of 6. Assessed volunteer learning needs, developed current educational tools, organized face-to-face trainings for ~8,000 youth annually, and managed a 1.5 million ₺ budget.
